KUBOTA R310 TO SKIDSTEER

Pins on to a Kubota R310 series to convert to universal standardized skid steer.
This is a 6 plate job welded on to 3"x 1 1/2" flat Cross bars.
Two crossbar design keeps the face of thee latch boxes in line and keeps them from twisting and going out of alignment.
Latch box sides are 3/8" thick and are made from grade 50 plate for added strength.
The latching pins are designed so that when the latches are closed the springs are bottomed out so that the pins cannot come unlatched.
Comes with all new pins
Top pin is 1 3/8" shaft x 4 5/8" long
Bushing are 1 3/8" ID x 2" OD DOM.
Kubota R310 brackets are 15 1/5" tall overall
Inside to inside brackets are spaced at 17 3/4"
Grease Zerk in both latching pin tubes (grease prior to use)

Quick attach adapters are also available for tractor loaders with pin on buckets to convert them to quick attach.
ALL adapters are custom built and will require a 2-3 week lead time.

The angle of the plate varies from 0 to 30 degrees from vertical.
Washburn’s has concluded that using a back plate of 10 degrees would be the best angle suited for MOST loader-adapter combinations.
BASED OFF OF THIS INFORMATION; PLEASE check your loader to make sure your attachments will hook up properly and have sufficient range of motion.
Note if your adapter has bump stops. Revision may be needed.
