• This adapter hooks up to a quick attach JRB wheel loader and converts to standardized skid steer
• Built with heavy duty material throughout, welded to our HD or XHD bareback.
  
• JRB 416 brackets are plasma cut out of 1" OR upgrade to 1 1/2" grade 50 steel.
  
• Adapter is sent without wear plates.
• Wear plates can be purchased additionally
• Most adapters will NOT need them unless you are purchasing 1 1/2" plate upgrade and plan to lift over #7,500
• Brackets inside to inside is 29" spacing
• Bottom hole is 2.06"

• Brackets are for flat back buckets and wheel loaders.
• Any loader that has bump stops is considered an "after factory" product and will NOT fit without modifications.
• It is under the customers discretion to let us know if there are bump stops or not.

FITMENT WARNING

Adapting a JRB 416 to skid steer results in significant fitment issues, including but not limited to:

• Mismatch in coupler geometry, leading to unsafe or partial engagement.
• excessive coupler weight, reducing rated lifting capacity and increasing stress on the boom arms.
• Attachment height and angle misalignment, preventing proper function of buckets or tools.
• Interference with visibility, ground clearance, or hydraulic routing.
• Incompatibility with standard skid steer attachments, even if locked.
• Do NOT assume compatibility without engineering validation or testing.

OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY

• Inspect coupler and attachment engagement before every use.
• Verify locking pins are fully seated and secured.
• Do not exceed rated capacity of the skid steer or other conversion.
• Use only with properly rated matched attachments.
• Avoid lifting personnel or overhead loads.
• This is a CUSTOM modification with no OEM endorsement although a common conversion.
