FREEMAN 4000 TO UNIVERSAL SKID STEER

Converts a Pin On Freeman 4000 series and others to use standardized skid steer equipment
Heavy duty construction throughout.
Two crossbar design keeps the face of thee latch boxes in line and keeps them from twisting and going out of alignment.
Latch box sides are 3/8" thick and are made from grade 50 plate for added strength.
The latching pins are designed so that when the latches are closed the springs are bottomed out so that the pins cannot come unlatched.
Comes with all new 1" pins.
Plates are 3/8" grade 50.
Inside bushings are 1" ID x 2" OD DOM
Outside to outside bracket spacing is 45"
Inside brackets spaced at 38"
Couples the two different Quick hitches as close as is physically possible for maintaining maximum lifting capacity.
Quick attach adapters are also available for tractor loaders with pin on buckets to convert them to quick attach.
Solid 3"x 1 1/2" rectangular cross bars.
ALL adapters are custom built and will require a 2-3 week lead time.

There are a wide variety of companies that produce “front end loaders,” which means there is also a wide variety of designs.
The angle of the plate varies from 0 to 30 degrees from vertical.
Washburn’s has concluded that using a back plate of 10 degrees would be the best angle suited for MOST loader-adapter combinations.
BASED OFF OF THIS INFORMATION; PLEASE check your loader to make sure your attachments will hook up properly and have sufficient range of motion.
Note if your adapter has bump stops. Revision may be needed.
