This 2 cross bar design keeps the face of thee latch boxes in line and keeps them from twisting and going out of alignment.
Latch box sides are 3/8" thick and are made from grade 50 plate for added strength.
Grease zerks come ungreased and must be greased prior to use.
The latching pins are designed so that when the latches are closed the springs are bottomed out so that the pins cannot come unlatched.

Once the schematic is approved by the customer, and built to those specifications we are no longer required to take back the adapter for any reason.
It is very important that you take time to fill out the schematic or provide us with accurate specs for your happiness and ours.

Washburn’s has concluded that using a back plate of 10 degrees would be the best angle suited for MOST loader-adapter combinations.
